FlatCAM gcode seems to run unmodified. It omits the stop at the end. Using DipTrace free version I can manage SOIC outlines and pads 0603 and larger.

In Windoze 10 go into the power management settings->advanced settings and turn off the USB sleep. This one is critical to avoid a surprise loss of control.
