HD4 PERFORMANCE KIT
I have posted on this site about my lack of satisfaction with NWA without any results. I have made my adjustments and compensations for these issues. Now I see two new (to me) resolutions to these problems. Both are from NWA, and both cost money. The problem is deflection at the Y-axis. First, the H...

Re: Setting zero with touch plate
OK, So I've remedied my issue. As usual, I found the solution somewhere between suggestions and trial and error. Going in and manually setting my zero relative to the limits of my machine allowed a reset the device and allowed accurate zero on my workpiece. Thanks, sharkcutup . Now to the next issue...

HD4 router start contoller box
I have been through two controller boxes, both fail to start my Bosh 1617EVS. As suggested by NWA, I plugged in other appliances into the outlet on the controller but no power is outputted. Anyone else experience this and resolved the problem?

Setting zero with touch plate
Instructions on using the touch plate are vague at best. I have followed instructions found in various locations for my HD4. None seem an exact match but I have done what I think is correct. Problem is when I zero out my board and run a file it starts to the left about one inch from my true zero. Th...

Re: Rental rate for using a CNC Shark?
I would offer to buy the machine. It is sitting in your garage. Friend not using, maybe he would consider selling and you two continue being friends.
