I used 1 relay rated at 30 amps. That goes to two house type outlets in a double gang box. With this set up, I can add whatever needed. Actually, the only things I have needed to use in the past 5 years was the vacuum and lights. I do have to make sure I plug it all into at least a 20 amp circuit. ...

I took the easier route with my spoil board. I cut strips of MDF and bolted them down using nylon bolts in case the bit went too close. I'm STILL waiting for the machine to arrive but I have started to build the stand for it. Here are a few pics. SF_Shark From what I have researched you will not have any issues with what happened. Just try to not do it very often. Limit switches would be nice to have but I guess after a while of using it things should be much easier.
