I tested the machine with no wood and the router off again and it did shift on the X-Axis and made the motor made the sound it makes when you jog to the limit of the machine when it its the edge of the guide rail and support gantry. I took apart the whole machine and looked for any mechanical damage...

Thanks for the responses. Sorry for my late response. I will check all mechanical issues thoroughly. I will post when I have found the issue since I also believe it is more than likely mechanical after doing some diagnostics. Yep I have also powered down the controller, just forgot to list it. I'm going to call Rockler and see how they can help out.
