Radius cutting
Hi everyone, Needs some help. Been using my Shark Pro Plus about two years now. Had a few issues some self induced and some gremlin related. Today, I noticed gouging in some radius cuts. Happens with Vbit, Em, and Bn. The gouges are not severe but they do look ugly. See attached pictures. The gouges...

Re: Shark Pro Plus HD support rails
I would also like to see some pictures of the Shark HD support rails. I have the Pro Plus and like its production. However, it does have some flex which at times is frustrating. So before I invest in another Shark, I would like to see pictures of the upgrade or perhaps a short video on YouTube expla...

Re: Cutting tabs
Hi everyone, Just finished putting my Shark Pro back together and found no lose screws or bolts. So, I will live with the issue described above and keep looking for a sweet spot. It’s not all that bad, just thought the machine would be more precise cutting circles. The reason for my concern is I bui...

Re: Cutting tabs
Buc,
Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try that before I tear the machine down. As for the onion skin method I'll pass on that. But thanks.

Re: Cutting tabs
Steve, I’ve been out of town and not able to work on a cure for our problem. I did try Joe’s suggestion before I left. It did help a little using the 3d tabs, but I still have small groves depending where on the table I cut the circle. For whatever reason the groves are more pronounced in the middle...

Cutting tabs
Hello eveyone, This problem just started for me. The Shark was working great. A very simple project -- 3 inch wheels cut from .5 pine using a .25 end mill To ready the machine I align the cutter over the pine board where I want the cut to begin and set x, y, and z to zero. The controller is on durin...

Re: Fluer de Lis cup coasters with cart
To all,
Something I just noticed and don't have answer for is the .eps format will distort the original drawing. So use caution when cutting.
My Disclaimer.
