Wood toy car roadways?

I've been wanting to make my grandson a wood road play set, like the Brio Road or Plan Toys sets. I am starting from scratch and am not looking to copy nor be compatible with those. He loves his wood train track which he has a lot of and wants to incorporate cars and roads. The Brio stuff is too $ a...

Re: Corn hole anyone?

No problem with game play? Bags slide over it ok or did you fill it with resin? I had thought about this and assumed people would not want anything in the surface.

Re: Two 6 foot long tiled jobs

I've tried the contact paper with very poor results. The only contact paper I can find is very low tack, not much more than a 'post-it' note. Is this what you use? I not only have big chunks come off, but they wrap around the bit and get sucked into the dust collection. I've had moderate success on ...

Re: Uh oh

I've gotten to the point now that I do all possible other work that might cause an 'oops' before I carve. Keyholes, ogee edges on plaques etc. Even if I still do the carving too deep into the keyhole, I will probably catch it part way through and save an hour or three. :-) I hated carving a couple h...

Re: 'Registration Database error' on touchplate

Fixed. They were having a problem with their registration system. I got an email Tuesday afternoon apologizing for the delay in responding and explaining the problem. It seemed resolved Tuesday eve. I was able to finish registering hardware around 10 pm. I'd advise (As a guy that runs an IT tech gro...

Re: Been away awhile...

Sorry to resurrect an old thread... but I can't seem to get contact to stick well enough. I get it coming up quite a lot. If I have dust collection on it's even worse. As soon as a small piece pulls up the vac pulls it, if no dust collection is on I've gotten it wrapped around the bit. Edit: Everyth...

Re: Bought & Paid, no download link for CP 2.0?

Got a reply Monday morning with a link to download. Weird that the payment system is 24 x 7 but delivery isn't automated. Oh well. If I can just get past the registration errors I'll be happy.

'Registration Database error' on touchplate

Had my touchplate working on old control panel 1.5 for a couple years, but just got Control Panel 2.0 and while I can register the new control panel software and re register the shark, when I attempt to re register the touchplate I get a 'Registration Database error'. The internet connection on the ...

Re: Bought & Paid, no download link for CP 2.0?

Yes, I've had my Shark and been using for 4-5 years. I just wanted the virtual zero function. Have the touch plate and it made life better, hoping virtual zero will be a bit better even.

Thanks. Guess I'll just have to be patient. Hard to do in a instant gratification world!
