I have a new dust shoe made up for a while it works well as it works on either side of the router a clear the upwright of the gantry. The brush was order at Kents CNC you can get them in 2 in and 3 in the bace is made of 1/4 plex there is many way to put it together, either with Plex or 1/4 birch Pl...

I have a problem with the new PP all of the older PP will run but the new, starts up good moves to the ZO fine at the wood things change to a 10% XYZ. I think things are in the right place. I have the fro % move up and down but no change. Any ideas Hal

I have went thu a lot of bits until I started using tne In Grough bits it is a one sighted blade and is attached to a holder with a small allen headed screw the blades can be changed with a lot of profiles. It can throw all of the wood out of the blade and no clogging the blade stay quit cool not so...

I have done more of the same upgrade on the Pro to include the 2 angle iron support in the middle across the short side. I used the 2030 exstution little stonger than the 2010 I am always thinking of things to make it better but I need to stop better sometims is not always the best Have a good day g...

I hane been using the IN Grove bits and am enjoying the great job it is doing in my jobs. The bits last a long time you need to try them some time if you get a wild hair.

I got on the net and found some 3 inch aluminum exstution and was a good price its been on my Pro for for about a yr, its done a great job and is very strong. I had to buy 10 3 inch x 36 and fit wite on and not much work to it.
