Re: Trouble with touch plate

Hi
Thr Shark control panel software will not display the touch plate button until you enter the regeristation code you receive from NWA. There is no trial period.

Re: x & y axis

I have done it on my basic (13 X 24) Shark, but you also have to rotate the gantry or you will get a mirrow image.
There was a thread on the subject.

Re: What's the Next Feature You Would Like?

I vote for limit switches I've run my Z axis into the stops so many times that I think I should replace the T nut.

Re: Touch Plate!

I just finished my first project since installing my touch plate which arrived yesterday. Six bit changes and the touch plate worked every time. I received the key this morning and installed it in the control panel to activate the touch plate software module. I have the basic (13 X 24) shark which I...

Re: computer hardware setup

Hi Windows 7 supports dual monitors. I just bought a new machine. I put my old 17 inch monitor on it and bought a 23 inch monitor which is also connected. I put the Aspire menus on the 17 9nch monitor and display the model on the 23 inch monitor. It really works great when i'm tracing an image or wa...

Re: My Parrots

Hi
With Aspire, I have made 2 sided objects by cutting a top and bottom half and glueing them together. Cut3D will cut the top side then you flip the work piece to cut the bottom. You have to make sure the zero stays aligned when you flip the work piece to keep the top and bottom aligned.

My Parrots

Hi
I modeled the parrot using Aspire and generated tool paths for both sides using Cut3D.

Re: Going well , but a question

Your touch plate question went into the NWA black hole.We are only customers, we don't hane a need to know what happened to the touch plate that was due the first quarter.

Yes I am annoyed.

Re: Asking me to register AGAIN

Hi We have a bit of a disconnect. On page 122, the computer running the control panel must still be connected to the shark. In your prievous post, you said the new version of the control panel would execute even if the shark were not connected, but all of the buttons would be greyed out. I would lik...
