Thanks for all the help. I went thru everything on the machine mechanically. The problem ended up being a bad board for the x axis. Sent the controller to Next Wave and they found the problem. I've got to say that Next Wave probably has the best customer service I've ever seen, I sent them my contro...

every time I log in to this site I have a hard time. I have to log in sometimes 4 or 5 times, after each time it says I logged in sucessfully but at the bottom it also says I can't post. What am I doing wrong?

When I'm using my pro plus on 3d carvings about 75% of the time it loses the 0 on the x axis after 3 - 5 moves. It can be either left or right, after I stop the machine and reset the zero I have never had it happen after that. It can't be the g-code causing it, because I don't reload the program jus...

I have just installed the shark pro plus control panel and when I try to run it I get an error message, winusb.dll file not found.

Computer question
I am new to the shark pro plus - I would like to run the machine from a dedicated laptop. My home computer is win 7 and and I use V-Carve pro and cut 3D, my qestion is could the dedicated laptop run using Windows XP ?

Is there anyone in Ct. using the pro plus that would be willing to show me how to use this ? I would be more than willing to compensate for your time. I just received mine and for me at least, I think it would dramatically cut down the learning curve. I am retired and am going to use this for a hobb...
