I have a shark HD. The circle pocket is cut useing a .25 EM at 30 IPM and .09 depth and step over. The pocket measures 1.466 up & down, but 1.496 side to side. I have tried changing the pocket cut to offset, raster, climb, conv. it always cuts not round. Thanks in advance for any suggestions. Andy ...

The first thing to do is unplug then plug in the usb cable from the computer. That always works for me when I get that message. Bob unfortunately, I did this get a aluminum bracket an no more slippage. I replaced mine an 2 outher. holds router nice an tight. someone on the forum sells them for 55.00

BTW I am using a Dewalt 618 router and even though I have the tightening bolt cranked real hard the router still moves in the holder, not just sideways but up and down also. How can I take care of that. Considering some friction tape around the router body to build it up?? Like I said POS, as there...
