Stereo face plate
Here is a pic off the back of my Tiki bar with my stereo mounted through a piece of tulip wood, carved tiki's on each side. It is mounted to the bottom of the bar top support, 14" X 6" X 7/8" thick face.

Here is a new one that I have been working on this winter. Alot of rain days and having to goto work made it hard to get painted. It was carved out of HDU sign foam on my Shark Pro, it is 24" X 24"

rsperkins The depth was limited to 1/8" deep and I used a 90 deg v-bit at about 80% on the speed, it ran for about 2.5 hrs. No melting accured but there were some fuzzies left on the edges of some of the carving, so I used a stiff scrub brush to loosen/ remove them. no steel wool or sand paper. And ...

Woodworker16 Does the control panel come on and it says it isn't connected? and you can;t move the gantry? try unplugging the SD card and reinstalling it and then USB cord and plugging it back in. Every once in a while I have to unplug my cord when my control panel says I'm not connected when really...

Bob, I've seen about a dozen different color core samples on the wall at interstateplastics shop in San Leandro, Ca..It is HDPE sign carving material and I think it is about a 1/4" thick. Hi Bob 5mm ply back and front sandwiching a frame of 3/4" X 2-1/2" in the pyrmid shape. The front layer has a 15-3/4 hole, then a layer of 1/4" masonite (used as a spacer) with a 16-1/4 hole the same dia. of the calender. frame and front were nailed and the back screwed on to get to the lighting.......

Thanks for replys, the supplier had a two part epoxy and instructions on u tube and said he tried it and found that it wasn't 100% strong. Then I will go to the mount like a piece of glass way this weekend, I did order the LED rope light for the back lighting, in a 2 meter length @ $8.00 per meter a...
