Here is a pic off the back of my Tiki bar with my stereo mounted through a piece of tulip wood, carved tiki's on each side. It is mounted to the bottom of the bar top support, 14" X 6" X 7/8" thick face.

Here is a new one that I have been working on this winter. Alot of rain days and having to goto work made it hard to get painted. It was carved out of HDU sign foam on my Shark Pro, it is 24" X 24"

rsperkins The depth was limited to 1/8" deep and I used a 90 deg v-bit at about 80% on the speed, it ran for about 2.5 hrs. Hi Bob 5mm ply back and front sandwiching a frame of 3/4" X 2-1/2" in the pyrmid shape. The front layer has a 15-3/4 hole, then a layer of 1/4" masonite (used as a spacer) with a 16-1/4 hole the same dia. of the calender. frame and front were nailed and the back screwed on to get to the lighting.......

Here is a pic of the calender mounted......the frame is not painted yet.....trying to talk my wife into painting it for me:)

Thanks for replys, the supplier had a two part epoxy and instructions on u tube and said he tried it and found that it wasn't 100% strong.
