I had an issue with the machine running a raster cut along the x axis. It would pause and the x-zero would reset then it would continue with an offset in the x axis. Had the same issue. Machine paused then reset x zero to place it paused. I formatted disk and had same issue.
Going to try buying a new disk. 1GB disks are hard to find now!!

The 'issues' I was referring to are the individual cuts that I should of removed along the edges (holes) and the dip/drop in cutting depth halfway through their faces. That was a different depth for about 1/2 inch across and then back to normal. Still looking into that one. I have had the drop in Z...
