2" Boss .5" high in center of 5 by 5 block
2 hp spindle and I can control speeds at the inverter.

YUP! He is a busy fellow. Do not really wish to disturb him, LOL! Just curious as to what program he may be using and how he approaches that type of carving with VCarve because VCarve does not have the ability to change the direction of an pocketing toolpath from starting from the inside to the outs...

Yup it sure does!
Kidding aside yeah I have a mouse wheel. I use it all the time. Handy gadget! Will have to try your recommendation a go sometime too!

Yeah my peepers are not as good as they used to be either. Recently had to replace my Computer system and I made the icons and text a tad bigger on the display settings. Wishing you the best but I have a recommendation in that you will be needing to purchase Design/Toolpathing software separately. Vectric's VCarve Desktop, VCarve Pro or Aspire are Super Design/Toolpathing programs and their support is Fantastic. There is also a forum with many experienced users not ...

Update: Ran .tap file on my CNC machine cutting air yesterday evening. CNC Machine ran through entire file without a hitch. I believe it is time to check things at your CNC machine, things like possible static interference, etc... Any other suggestions out there would definitely be taken into consid...
