I use the center for about 90% of my projects. It just seems easier for me. I use a corner at times now but mostly center. Finding center is usually pretty easy also.

2 things: Won't using virtual zero unlimited take a long time, like twice as long as cutting? What about us guys that don't have pendents and use a computer with our controller? This is the answer I got from nextwave. The Virtual zero unlimited will be a feature based strictly in the new control panel. As of this moment the New Control Panel does not have a set release date. The new control panel will have to be utilized in order to get access to the virtual zero unlimited...

Good info! I always clean and lubricate all moving parts after 4-6 hours of use. I'll check these too!

I also bought an extra collet nut so I can just leave the collet in and swap out the whole thing when changing sizes. Makes if faster and easier.
