My CNC Shark Pro

Post by BUBS »

I seem to be a program cliché or I'm stupid! I have four holes that are supposed to 3" and when I run them on my router they come out 3.5". I have reloaded the program, redrawn the cartoon, remove the card shutdown the system , etc. What can I do to get this program to change to 3" the system show 3" but I get 3.5"

Not sure what program you're running but it sounds like you're using a 1/4" end mill and cutting on the outside of the line, rather than the inside.

Hi - can you post your project? Also, what post processor are you using?

I'm on the apple right now the shark is run on my dell in the basement and I'm going to bed. I'm using the inch on the post processor with a 3/4" router bit on the inside of four three inch holes. I've redrawn the piece and renamed it with no change?

How do you recover from an emergency stop ?
