Carving in dots instead of smooth lines

I hope someone may knows what's going on. I am using Vectric Pro Desktop v10.5. I am trying to carve several panels with designs on them. When I run the toolpath it's as if the bit just makes dots and doesn't cut smooth lines of the designs. I have never seen this before and sure if I accidentally changed something. I did try to run the program and the CNC actually carved the dots. I have attached the vectric file below. I know this is a vectric issue and not the shark HD4, but I'm hoping someone here may know what's happening.

Would you please post your crv file.
I think it would tell me more than a tap file.
I suspect that you are trying to pocket a cut with a cutting tool that's the same size as the pocketed area.
But, I would like to take a look at the crv and see for sure.
