Trouble getting shark pro pp for Cut 3D

I have the Shark Pro. I've had the program for the Cut 3d for months now and have been unable to run it on the shark. I have copied the Vcarve shark pp into the Cut 3d pp folder but it still doesn't show in the drop down when saving toolpaths of Cut 3d. Please help.

What is the exact directory you copied the pp file to? (e.g. c:\????)

What is the name of the pp file you copied? (e.g. cncshark-usb-???)

Do you have more than one installation of Cut3D on your system? (e.g. trial and licensed both?)

The pp file goes in the PostP directory under your V-Carve directory.

Here's the path on my computer:

c:\Program Files\VCarve Pro V5.0\PostP

Yours could vary slightly.

For the Cut 3D program the correct location for the PP files are C:\Program Files\Cut3D\PostP
just load them into this sub-directory and they will show up in the PP menu
