Neither offended nor insulted, but enlightened. I had no idea that an engraving bit called for a different angle setting. I changed the setting the engraving looks great. Thank you Tim, Roger, Jeb and Tony!

Neither offended nor insulted, but enlightened! I had no idea that engraving bits treated angle setting differently from v-bits. I made the change and the engraving looks great now. Thanks so much to Tim, Roger, jeb2cav and Tony!

I know I overlooked it too and felt so stupid when I realized what I did. I just wanted to try to present it without making you feel as stupid as I did after doing the same thing. :) I was so wrapped up in trying to determine the angle to start with I couldn't see the little details when I set it up. The engraving bit that I had specified all the dimensions but not the angle. Do you know how long it has been since I used sine and cosine and the formulas??

Glad it solved the problem.
