Using Piranha tap file on a Shark
I have a Piranha cnc and access to a couple Shark cnc machines. wondering if my tap files will work on the Shark controller.
Re: Using Piranha tap file on a Shark
Why not, the tap files are made in the vectric file so it works on any cnc machine.

I asked this same question to NWA.
They have a file you can download and run that will put the Piranha as one of the options in your VCarve software to produce the correct .tap file.

Thanks all. I tried it today, raising cutter above wood and cut air first. Ran 3 different tap files from my flash drive through the shark control panel and all went well
