Good Evening Everyone,
I Have created several projects with multiple tool paths using the same tool. I am using VCarve Pro 6.0. The only way I have been able to do this is by loading each tool path separately. I should be able to combine these programs into one tap file.
Example: I machine the project complete with a 1/4" end mill cutter.
Tool path 1. - Drill (8) 1/4" holes.
Tool path 2. - Machine Pocket
Tool path 3. - Profile Cut (2) locations (I was able to group the two into one tool path)
Does anyone have an idea? I hope I can do this within the software.

Re: Multiple Tool Paths using Same Tool
Bob,
When you save your toolpath, just put a check in the boxes you want saved as one combined file. I'm talking about that box in front of each toolpath. Just be sure to order your toolpaths in the sequence you want. (You can do that by highlighting the toolpath and using that up or down arrow key to the right of the toolpath window.) I have the older version of VCarve, but check and see if this method works with your newer version.

Re: Multiple Tool Paths using Same Tool
Bob,
I spent a lot of time looking for information and trying different things to no avail.
This will simplify running my multiple tool paths with the same tool.
Thank You,
