How do you keep the same zero set point when tiling. No matter how accurate I set the bit zero point on the wood the font doesn't seem to be the same.
I have tried writing down the "Z" number then going back to that number on the next tile. Sometimes its the same and others its not.

You should only move the board z zero is already set. The only time I reset z zero is if I have to change bit for different tool path.
