When running virtual set-up on a simple six circle cut, the software drives the router assembly past the highest allowable point and I must use E-Stop to abort the program.
The file runs fine, if I just detect the touch plate and bypass virtual set-up.
I bought the shark CNC in 2016 and have confirmed that I am running the most current software.
I have also attached the file.
I went back to the last file I used successfully with Virtual set-up and it now also runs the router assembly past the highest allowable point and I must use E-Stop to abort the program.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Mike

Re: Virtual Setup - Runs past top
I don't know why it works when you bypass the virtual setup since
The gcode says your thickness is .25" but it plunges -.27 in several places.
that should cut too deep regardless of how you set it up.
