Ready2 control, HD4 extended thinks its a HD4

Hello , Ready 2 control thinks I have an HD4 , after sending the unit "home" the work area turns gray and only registers a work area of 24 x 24. I can freely move the gantry anywhere , but I cant run any file that extends past 24 in the Y, I get the message notification "can not run file, out side machine space" etc.
In the controller setting it read HD4, I don't see any options to change it to HD4 extended.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
