Shark Pro HD & Fusion 360

Hello :)

I've just a secondhand Shark Pro HD.
I'm new to CNC Routing, but not to Fusion or CNC in general.

Fusion doesn't have a machine setup for this CNC Router. I've used the generic 3 axis router. Is this ok? If so, what are the correct inputs?
I understand that there is a "post" file required to export into the correct gcode format?

Any assistance would be gratefully recieved.

Thanks

The post processor for Vectric's software presents the g-code commands that the Shark expects to see. I'm not familiar with what's in Fusion 360's generic 3-axis processor. It might work. To ensure full compatibility, you could always modify the generic processor based on what's in the Shark post-processor file. Vectric provides a post-processor guide to explain what all the commands are in it.

We do have our CNC running with Fusion360.
An intern did it a few summers ago.
You need a header (startup) section
And a footer (shutdown) section.

We have a spindle, so put in delays for spinning up.

The meat of the program is G-Code
