Well I spent the last 2 weeks learning stuff. Here is my youtube video on that experience as I learned. So what you see is some of my tests and trials and learning. It was fun. Put up some great links to save money and time.

Please show a picture of it on your CNC in use. I assume you'd only be using it for carvings or where cutting through the material isn't required.

Here is a video of making the cnc jig to be used for 5"x7" Award Plaques. Made the jig and then resurfaced 7 plaques with it using the vacuum pump.

Here is a vcarve pro file on the pods. This file has some tool path associations issues as I was trying to use a template file to copy the toolpaths to the new sheet that had the different jig sizes.

Took the red 3dprinted pods and put them on my pump table for horizontal, vertical, and flat work. I don't have a video on that yet. Having fun. Found the sharkbite quick connects are superior to the cheaper versions but they are twice the price as the cheaper ones.

I am going to take some of my lantern kit jigs and canteen jigs and look into making a vacuum pod jig to hold the parts in them. Before mainly used screws into my jig boards (3 waste boards that are 1.75" thick.

I like the way you do the positioning. Nice job.

Put up a Vcarve Pro file crv that has 2 pod designs in it and a set of 4. These work great.
Vcarve 11.5 I could have modified them more to make them pretty but hey I figure I will chop in to them at some point or another.

Here is a shop update video with the pods in them and how I put the 3dprinted pods to use and some shop tips and things I have learned.
