Syttende Mai

Post by Bob »

In celebration of Norway's independence day on May 17th (Syttende Mai), I am posting the files to make a Viking Ship.
My wife, who is of Norwegian heritage approves this idea. So here it is:

Happy celebrating!

Thank you Bob.
I am Danish and our Constitution Day is Femte Juni (5 June) so this is very appropriate.
Thank you again.
Cheers

Bob,

It was cold and wet in Oslo today. Not always sun is shinning as we have experienced. Thank you for the file. Tusen Takk.

Lawrence,
It looks like you're about ready to invade England!
Thank you for posting this picture.
Nice selection of materials and excellent craftsmanship on the boats.

Thanks Bob...I, like Wolfie am Danish (actually second generation Danish/Canadian... my Dad emigrated to Canada in the 50's). Anyway, anything "Viking" stikes a chord for me. (My Dad owned a succesful industrial Leather Goods company in Canada called Viking Leather Products)

Thanks,
Michael
