vacuum system

Post by jimbob45 »

Has anyone figured out a way to incorporate a vacuum system to the shark?
Have to make a new shark cage and would love to use a vacuum system.
Thanks Jimbob

I haven't heard of anyone making on specifically for the shark. Here is a video of one that COULD be made but you'd give up some of your Z clearance.

There are some that use these vacuum pucks. They say that they work well and you can make them yourself. They use the vacuum to hold themselves to the table and the project to them so they are pretty versatile and I've seen them set up in series for larger items.

Are you referring to a dust collection system or a vacuum hold down system?
