I just bought my CNC Shark Pro Plus HD. It seems that everything was installed and working fine until I got to the part where I load the square-1in.tap file. When I do this, I get a load error warning message.
Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on here?

This can be because of a bad usb port a bad usb cable usually.
it can also be a issue with a sd micro card in the controller (but that is rare).

I resolved this problem by contacting Next Wave directly. After trying a few different things with no success it was determined that I had a bad software download. I uninstalled, re-downloaded, and re-installed everything and that fixed the problem.
