My Z axis squeals only when it travels down toward the work peice. it doesn't do it travelling up. any thoughts???

Might need to lube it with silicone spray.

Hey chuck, that was happening to me too. I blew it all out with the air hose, then sprayed it with the silicone lubrication, at it has been great ever since.
