I understand there is a virtual unlimited that maps more than five points. Will it work on the black diamond HD3? for what I have read it is a free down load.
The virtual zero five point map does not come up on the controller. the touch plate reads that it has been detected when I touch the bit and stops when it detects the plate going down, but it will not move to detect any where else. I have not used it for sometime. Will I most likely need to reinstall and how would I go about that.... Thanks for any info.

Re: virtual zero unlimited
This is sheer conjecture, but you might need to be running their Ready2Control software as well?
Is the virtual zero an add-on to that?
The old control panel software definitely would not have the capability to do that.
sorry if that's of little help...

Re: virtual zero unlimited
I got the virtual zero when I got the black diamond HD3 in 2014. Is that too old?
Re: virtual zero unlimited
