I have an HD3 extended bed and I upgraded the controller to the LCD pendant, I use VCarve Pro version 10. If I set the depth of cut to .125 it will cut it to .25 approximately, I have tried various depths and everytime it doubles it. I have checked the toolpaths over and over, I don't think it is a g-code problems. So anyone had this problem???

I haven't seen this on my HD3 and I don't have the LCD pendant but when you jog the Z axis, are you seeing the same problem? Move the bit to make contact with the surface then move it up 0.125" and measure the height to see if it moved 0.25". Did this start happening when you added the pendant?

Does it do this on all axes? Does it do this when you jog a fixed distance with the pendant?
