SharkSD110 supper slow

New the the cnc world. Im trying to do a test cut on MDF. The machine is very very slow? In order to cut a 4'x4"x.20 p0cket it would take hours as slow as is going? what am i missing?

It acts like the machine is running in slow speed? the speed override is on 100%

The crv file is the drawing that you made. There is a snipping tool in your computer. It's a good way to copy information from your screen. Just do a search of your computer under snipping tool.
