spindle won't "pass water"

Post by NL7U »

For the second time I have gotten a spindle that will not cool due to poor coolant circulation. For the first spindle I used a mixture of RV antifreeze and water, and on the present one I used a vinegar/water mixture (Nextwave support instructions) as a coolant. Water pump and line are sealed well from contaminates and are clear and working, just the spindle is getting clogged somehow. Any ideas???

I don't have any spindle experience, but are you using distilled water? Tap water contains minerals that can cause calcium and other buildups in some instances.

After installing the new spindle, how much time does it take before it clogs?
