I did a stupid thing. I'd run a slot to create a t-slot in my sacrificial MDF board with 1/4 " end mill bit. That went perfectly, but then I put in a slot cutter bit to follow the slot which I'd manually cut with another router that couldn't make it all the way back. So when the CNC hit the area which hadn't been cleared for it, everything stopped and locked up.
Now I can't get the controller box or pendant to come back up!! None of the LEDs light up and the pendant stays dark. This is a recently purchased HD 500, practically brand new.
Similar posts on the forum mention a fuse which I can't find anywhere. I took the controller box cover off to look inside and saw nothing resembling a fuse. Powering up while pressing the red button did nothing either.
I was just starting to hang of it too.
SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!
TIA, Richard

Bob,
THANK YOU!!!
Boy it sure was hard to see, I totally missed it yesterday. PHEW!
New fuses ordered, plus I sprung for the touch plate.
Goodness, thanks so much again. I REALLY appreciate it!
