Can anyone tell me whether the CNC Shark will machine fiberglass?
I'm a surfboard fin manufacturer and I'm looking for an inexpensive way to foil fins on a CNC, they are like shaping little airplane wings. The fiberglass panels are typically about 1/4" thick and they need to be profiled through this thickness and also foiled.
It seems like the Bosch Colt will have a hard time machine fiberglass but I could be wrong.

The bosch colt will have no problem cutting thru the fiberglass
however I would think the dust would be a big problem
need some style of a dust collection system ( there are some designs on this fourm)
I've used it to cut solid surface ( corian ) and other products with no problems
