I am having an issue with the Move to Zero function on my Shark SD110. I mark the center point on my material and then set the X and Y to Zero using the pendent. I then run a toolpath, the machine returns to zero on completion as expected. However, If i finish the toolpath, then use the pendent to move the router forward to change out the bit, then hit Move to 0 0, it moves but it does not return to the same physical location. The pendent shows x 0, y 0 but it is not above the point previously marked on the material. Should I not expect it to be the same? Is there something I am missing in my settings or setup?
I am new to the Shark SD110, but have used other CNC machines in the past.

Re: Issues with Move to Zero
You say that you are Setting the X Y Zero ---- Why are you not Setting Z-Zero Too? It is definitely needed Too!
What you are probably seeing is the Z Gap above material (Safe Z) not Z-Zero because according to you you are only Setting the X Y Zero.
