Did you use Aspire or Cut 3D to make this?

And would you care to share the file?

I use Rhino to scale the car & Edgecam to program it.
I currently have about 40 to 50 different models that I have sold on E-Bay

It all started when our son was in Cub Scouts & progressed from there!

All 4 family FUN!!!

Typically they take about 3 to 4 hrs each from start of block to finished, ready to ship!

Trying to upgrade my skills and make them with a little more detail from the front and rear.
I've been havin a lot of fun with my shark that I've had for over four years now!
Workin on turnin it into a five axis so I can do the bottom first, then mount it and do the five sides in one mounting
so not so many pcs involved.

Heres hoping it all works like I think it will.......

Very nice modeling.
A 5 axis is REALLY ambitious, I'm looking at adding a rotary to mine to make it 4 axis.

Been FEVERISHLY WORKIN on my Shark, getting all the mechanics, wiring n control settings set up for 5 AXIS WORK! (3 + 2 style)
Using the Mini Trunion from Doughty Drive, which is a great item to have. Using Mach 3 with PBJ 2013 screen set, really works well when homing each axis individually! Finished the post for Edgecam. Made a TEST CUT today n things are aligning slowly. With a few tweaks here n there we should be havin fun for this/next PWD season! :ugeek:

We ALL have a little REBEL in us….. as I started off with the 69 Charger (General LEE) on purpose!!! LOL

See YA'll at da Start / Finish line!!!

Finished tweaking the program so the run time changed from about 8hrs down to 5-1/2hrs!!! A little less over lapping helps. Turned out pretty good for the second one off the production line!!! LOL

I love it when a plan comes together…
Trying to keep stock PWD wheelbase n fit into this scaled down model was real challenging, but I think it will be OK. Wheel placement isn't perfect in the openings but doesn't look to outta place.

Will have to make sure I have plenty of replacement motor brushes on hand. Typically go thru three sets per PWD season! Someday I might get a real spindle and build a stronger frame. 8-)
