Hello everyone,
I have the following basic problem (I hope) but I can't seem to resolve it.
I have the following configuration:
- UC300ETH, connected to a laptop running UCCNC
- HDBB2 breakout board connects to UC300 port #2 via IDC26-IDC26 ribbon cable
- Stepper Driver closed loop CL86(https://www.oyostepper.com/goods-345-Cl ... Motor.html) connected via patch cable to HDBB2 RJ45-A tree connector
- NEMA 24 motor connected to the drive.
Now from what I understood I need to set the A axis in UCCNC.
So far I have chosen the following settings:
- Step pin: 8, port: 2
- Pin Dir: 9, port: 2
When I try to move the axle, I momentarily hear a slight noise coming from inside the motor, but that's it.
Is there anything else I need to configure?
Is there a YouTube video on this type of setup that explains how to get things working?

I'm a little confused. How does your post relate to a Shark CNC?
