Thought I'd share a photo of some work-in-progress, replacing the HD2 gantry carriages for a user:
Those are sand-blasted 6061-T651 Aluminum, machined and engraved on my Shark using
1/4" and smaller 2-flute bits. No, really....
Coming soon....the ability to run these machines they way there were intended.
