I believe the screws holding the T-Nuts have come loose.
The X axis was east to get to and tightening the 3 screws holding the T-Nut seemed to help.
I'll take careful measurements and report the results.

Consider giving every nut and bolt a little time with the wrench. Tighten them all. Also, pay particular attention to the Y Axis block that is in the middle of the machine.

Good suggestion
I've asked for a listing of all the nuts. No other way to check to be sure you've got them all.

Well it's the T-Nuts.

We tightened the three screws holding the T-Nuts on X and Y axis. We might have stripped on on the Y axis T-Nut.
Put machine back together without fly cutting the bed and all appears to be fixed.

I believe we will need to fly cut the bed cause we had the bed off to get at the Y axis.

Using 2 flute up cut bits Dewalt 611 router set to max RPM and cutting Acetel (Delrin) and HDPE quite well.

Still hoping for a diagram of all the screws to tighten.

Confirmation that tightening the T-Nuts took what I called backlash out of the system.
Cuts are back to normal.
