Removing my 4th Axis Pendant settings

So I installed the mini 4th axis on my HD5 several months ago. I had to make two changes in settings on the Pendant under Apps/4th Axis:
1) Change 3D Mode to 0
2) Change 4th Axis to "2 - Lathe Type A"
My question... What should these be set back to now that I've removed the 4th Axis?
