any ideas how to clamp down negative y axis using full deminsions

I'm not sure what you're asking.

Are you trying to clamp the material down on an axis? Or change the g-code to prevent a movement direction or boundary? Is this a VCarve/Aspire question?

iM TRYING TO CLAMP DOWN PART OF BOARD CLOSEST TO ME WILL USING 12 INCH WIDE X AXIS AND 13 INCH Y AXIS

Yes, a picture would help substantially. With what little we know here, the only answer I can offer is, "Use a clamp," which probably isn't as helpful as you wanted.
