Can someone tell me the theoretical max travel speed on the pro plus?

It states 200 ipm, but that is in a straight line no 3d work. If you have curves or details you will not get those speeds. You would not want to run the machine at top speed. You will lose steps and the accuracy of cut, details will not be there. The most I get is about 125 ipm and happy about it.
