laser attachment

Post by simja65 »

I recently bought the laser and all needed accessories to convert my controller. I tried running a test path and nothing happened except the Z axis went up and down . The controller just went back to the run screen after the router went up in down in the Z axis and the laser did not come on. I am running Vcarve Pro 10.0 and CNC Shark CP v1.6
Do I need to get another CP program, download something else, or what. Also I used CNCShark Laser (inch)(*.tap) as the post processor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
