V Carve 6.5
Up until recent updates I could "Fit vectors to bitmap" with no issue. Now It acts like it works but no vectors are created regardless of settings, color or black and white. Anyone else struggling?

Can you post what you are trying to do? Otherwise we are just guessing, we need a file or picture.

I was importing an image and trying to fit vectors to it. It turns out my file extension was a .png file type and the VCarve program would not trace it. My solution was to open the images in microsoft paint and save them as a different file type .bmp. I then brought the new file back in and the program worked perfectly. It's probably listed somewhere about compatible file types. It had no issue importing the png files but that was all I could do. User error that's for sure.
